How you schedule your time, not just on a daily basis, but on a basis of how much you do vs when you take a break is very important in your life.

Your time is basically divided into your off time and your go time.

Go time is basically when you’re doing something/ working on or towards something.

Your off time is your break, your relaxation time, which is a part and parcel of your life, that goes along with your go time.

It’s important because if you squeeze your off time into something which drains you, then you won’t be ready during your go time, which thus affects everything else as well.

Maintaining that balance helps you to prosper in both the regions of your life, running in your go time, and staying still in your off time.
