Saying It and Feeling It

Do you feel what you say?

Do you say what you feel?

Often the two don’t coincide, in either of those situations.

We say things just for the sake of the situation, even if we don’t feel them.

And we don’t say things that we really feel, for a number of reasons.

But, both situations arise when we aren’t truthful with ourselves. When that happens, then the chances of either of those situations rising are far lesser than before.
