When was the last time you were asked, Are you Happy?

When was the last time you were asked, Are you Happy?

Every time you meet someone, the question boils down to, “How’s work going on?

With me, the conversation comes down to two questions, “How many clients do you have?” and “How many employees do you have?” apart from the general question above.

When was the last time someone asked you, or you asked someone, “Are you Happy?

Because, it starts and ends with that, happiness. Are you Happy in your life? Are you Happy at your work? Happiness is not a chase, but a journey, a state that we should live in every day!

Next time you meet someone, for a change, pose this question and see how meaningful the conversation turns out to be! ❤️

The World is Black and White. ⚫⚪

The World is Black and White. ⚫⚪

We live a simple life, and anything beyond black and white is luxury. Necessary luxury or not, it’s up to you.

Metaphorically speaking, every colour you add to your life is luxury. Whether you add that colour for yourself or to show it to others is up to you!

The sooner we realise our decision-making process, the better for us! Do we want to win or do we want to show others that we have “won”? #DontKeepUpWithTheJoneses

Don’t we have the same 24 Hours in a Day?

Don’t we have the same 24 Hours in a Day?

In a typical scenario, for most people, out of the 24 hours every day, you usually work for 8-9 hours, and you sleep for 7-8 hours. For arguments’ sake, let’s add another 2 hours for your breakfast/ lunch and dinner.

In this extreme scenario, which isn’t the same for all, there’s still another 6 hours left for productive use.

During discussions, the topic tends to sway towards, ‘I had work‘ and ‘I didn’t get time‘. However, when you manage your time accurately, you’ve all the time in the world.

Either for your side hustle, either for your personal development, there’s always this extra set of hours which we tend to ignore.

Let’s apply all the hours you’re awake for, in the best possible manner.

Authenticity is Lost.

In today’s digital age, everyone is creating a front and competing with each other; being inauthentic or using different tricks to get followers (bots, engagement groups, paid followers) may make you ‘look’ like a famous public figure, but is it going to take you anywhere?

Be authentic! You are only fooling yourself while thinking you’re winning on social media!
There are enormous opportunities available to succeed in any of the digital platforms. Opportunities with one key answer – Be genuine! Let the audience understand and follow the real ‘you’.
Success requires hard-work and not shortcuts. Forget the ‘Follow-for-Follow’ or the ‘Buy Followers’ tactics on Instagram! That might turn out to be a short-term win, but might result in a long-term loss.

Is Entrepreneurship a viable option for you?

Is Entrepreneurship a viable option for you?

To pursue entrepreneurship, you first need to ask yourself these three questions  —  What, Why and How of Entrepreneurship?

A. What is Entrepreneurship for you?
Before starting up, you need to answer what entrepreneurship means to you. Whether the solution is providing value or living on your own terms or experiencing a luxurious life, all are fine — but, you need to know the answer for a clearer path in the future.

B. Why Entrepreneurship?
For most people, the current image of entrepreneurship states earning money and buying luxurious items. After hearing the question, “What’s the first luxurious item you desire?”, the consensus always seems to be a private jet.

Nonetheless, there are other reasons too, playing the long-term game and focusing on providing the value; trying to make a dent in the world; living on your own terms; chasing the freedom.

Here’s where the ‘Why’ comes in the picture.

Any of these reasons are legit, but for yourself. If you aim for such goals to show it off in front of friends and family or to prove it to the society — then your motive is sincerely erroneous.

Entrepreneurship gives you the freedom to make decisions for yourself. Whatever makes you happy! For yourself!

C. How to succeed in Entrepreneurship?
Once you’ve answered the ‘What’ and the ‘Why’, then comes the ‘How?’

The ‘How’ is important because if you’re here to accomplish something meaningful, you can’t run for shortcuts; you have to do it the right way. Plus, you need to be patient when you’re playing the game.

I’m a huge believer in the long-term game, always have been. When you set your mind towards your goal, it will happen. The ‘When’ is up to you — how fast or slow you execute — without any complaints at the end — because you created the entire path.

Now that you’ve answered the three main questions, the What, the Why and the How — you now have a clearer path in front of you. One that solves the mystery, “Is entrepreneurship a viable option for you?”
