Are you carrying a backpack?
How heavy is it?
How about two more questions?
Do you have past memories, past worries, opinions and judgments troubling you?
Is that causing the heaviness?
Anything of the past that we are holding on to forms into this backpack that we have to carry throughout.
Two things happen here…
A. The more you hold on to, the heavier it becomes. That results into you slowing down and not being able to move forward as you’d want.
B. Until you don’t realise you’re carrying this backpack, you won’t be able to get rid of it.
